Look what came right up to our door the other day. Savannah (70 pound ball of fur that loves to chase anything and everything) about had a conniption when she saw this little gal through the glass pane. I followed it outside and it rested on my neighbor's front entryway as if it were a cat. I think they must have gotten a new pet, or something. It was fun watching one of God's creations so upclose. (What it DID make me realize is that a lens that zooms far far away would have been very handy!)

he's kind of cute!
I hope you all had a great Christmas. I saw the link to Cassie's blog on your webpage...she was Jared's preschool teacher last year...small world.

They look cute, but they are mean! Becarful.
I beat one to death with a golf club once when I thought it was going to eat my pet rabbit.
That's too funny. I bet Savannah's barking scared it half to death. Yet again, must not have been too scared since it only went to your neighbor's house. Let's just hope it stays out of your backyard!
My dogs would have been having a conniption, too. That is so crazy!
Don't let Lee and Kelli come near it.....Lee will whack it to death too!! They can be mean, but I do have a heart for them and all the little creatures....did I blog about the time we found 2 baby ones??? We rescued them and they are healthy, playful things at a nearby shelter. the mom was killed.
I have always thought raccoons were so cute! My aunt has a pet raccoon (Rocky) and we used to catch crawdads out of the river and take to him! They can be mean, but they are very unique animals! Happy New Year to you adn yoru family.
Becke',
Once again, great pictures! You amaze me with how quickly you have learned the art of taking pictures.
Love Ya,
Barb
